The NAUEP Onsite Certification Center is a one-day workshop which covers five core
basic Etiquette Instructor workshops. Those seeking to conduct etiquette classes for
children, teens or adults in the urban community will leave with the tools in hand
they need to meet a growing need.
Onsite Certification includes: full day comprehensive training which includes five
core etiquette/protocol workshops,an Instructor's Manual, lunch and NAUEP
Affiliation.
NAUEP also offers intermediate and advanced certification trainings for those
individuals seeking to provide customer service or additional training services to the
public.
